Typically we'll have coffee breaks at 10.30am, lunch at 1pm and another coffee at 4pm. The school closes between 6pm and 6.30pm. Dinner is at the "Due Mari" (our hotel) and we've been requested to be there between 7.45pm and 8.15pm.

There are two streams of tutorials for beginners (green) and less-beginners (blue), red is for all. Pleas let us know where you mainly want to participate in : http://www.doodle.com/kwgtu8hsg5kwpqez This is for an approximate head-count only. All tutorials are voluntary, and you're free to go to any you like.
